Daniel is the creative force behind our exceptional marketing. As our Head of Media and a founding Director, also Director of Lens Media, he plays a crucial role in how we present properties to the world – although you won’t often find him behind a desk. Instead, Daniel is out in the field, capturing homes at their very best.
With expert skills in property photography, videography, and drone work, Daniel brings each listing to life with cinematic quality and unmatched attention to detail. His eye for composition and commitment to showcasing every property’s unique character set our marketing apart in a competitive market.

Lynne Brooks - Sales Manager
Lynne has worked for Declan James for over 10 years – so almost from the beginning she arrived at the very early stages of us starting up the sale side of the business, she has over 40 years’ experience in the property Industry ( which must mean she started age 5? 😊 ) she has lived in Lymm for most of those 4o years so there is not a lot she doesn’t know about the area or property. Lynne is on the committee at Lymm WI jubilee so is heavily involved in local activities, she has 2 sons and 2 gran dogs.

Ali has worked with us for over 6 years , she has had many different roles within the company from Lettings Administrator to Accounts and everything in between , this has given her extensive insight and knowledge as to how the different areas of the business works , she is a smiley ,happy and positive character who loves the outdoors , her caravan, and her dog baby buddy.
