The Housing Market resumes business!

As of Thursday 14th May , the Government made the announcement that residential home moves can resume, removal companies , solicitors and surveyors are all to return to business , as long as all social distancing rules are adhered to.

We have made the decision to ease back into this gradually as the health and safety of our staff members remains are highest priority along with keeping viewers , vendors , tenants and landlords safe, we have been making some changes in the office and to the way we do things to ensure we keep everyone safe and stick within the social distancing rules.

Although staff will be working inside we have decided our offices will remain closed to the public for the time being , we are working on an appointment only basis for now until things settle down and we are sure it is safe to fully open our doors again.

We will be working on a rota basis to ensure that social distancing rules can be carried out easily.

The phone lines will be back on as normal from Monday 18th May at 9am

All viewings and valuations are now allowed to resume , we will be conducting viewings on vacant properties , occupied properties we will be dealing with these on an individual basis depending on the situation at hand , a maximum of 2 people from the same household will be able to attend a viewing and we will be asking everyone to wear face coverings and gloves , our staff will also be wearing the same during viewings or valuations and will be equipped with hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes to have with them at all times.

We will be adhering strictly to social distancing rules and we will be insisting that anyone attending any appointment must do the same.

Please download our Viewing Policy here.
